Return conditions :

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Custom or final sale items are not eligible for returns, except in case of manufacturing defect or damage during transport.

The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Return process :

Contact us at luminosica@outlook.com to make your request. We ask you to attach a photo of your product and the reason of your request.

Once your request accepted, send the package to the address provided by email during the exchange with luminosica@outlook.com

Carefully pack the items to be returned in their original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will send you a confirmation email.

Refunds will be issued on the original payment method within 2-7 business days after the reception of the item.
Exchanges :
We do not accept direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired product.
Defective or damaged items :
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a replacement or refund you in full, according to your preference, after returning the product only.
