This necklace is made with a beautiful butterfly hand-carved mother of pearl and with freshwater pearls, genuine gemstones : amazonite, blue lemurian calcite, citrine, aquamarine, sunstone ; crystal, on stainless steel wire with some brass elements.

This jewel is handmade in my workshop and exists only in one exemplary.
 
Splendid jewelry, it’s good, but we also like solidity, so I use metal wire that I wrap and close to connect the beads (no jump rings) and make a jewel that lasts over time. However, be careful, semi-precious stones and mother of pearl can be fragile.

Hypoallergenic : Because we want our jewelry to be accessible to all skin types, we prioritize stainless steel for metal pieces.
 
Non-waterproof : Once the freshwater pearls are drilled, they are no longer considered of being “water proof" because in the very long term, water can seep between the layers of mother-of-pearl and damage the pearl.
